I found this quaint BnB on booking.com and decided to stay here as it was the cheapest ensuite double room available during the Moon festival long weekend on the island.

The BnB is a 6 min ride from the ferry wharf and access is via scooter which I hire at the port and make my way over.

I am warmly greeted by the owner who shows me to my room. It is a simple, 6 or 7 sqm room with ensuite bathroom, mini fridge, TV, and king-sized bed.

Breakfast is included each day, and it is a choice of a number of different Taiwanese delicacies. I choose the egg roll and 3-layer sandwich each day, which comes with Soy Milk and coffee.

All in all it is a good stay and I might return one day.
