This is an exceptional hotel in downtown Jakarta. From a service-perspective, it is probably one of the best stays I have had.
Prior to booking, I request a status-match with my Hhonors Diamond membership to the equivalent with Ayana Rewards, and they agree – giving me instant Platinum status. That translates to an upgraded room on the 14th (Executive) floor, lounge access, and 2 pieces of laundry per day.
The lounge is exceptional, with a wide variety of canapes and made-to-order a la carte dishes on offer. But it is the service that stands out for me.

At every touchpoint staff members smile, recognize you by name, and remember what your preferences are. Be it the lounge, gym/spa, or restaurant, everyone is outstanding.
My room is well equipped with a huge king-size bed, bathroom with bathtub, and excellent amenities refreshed twice a day.
