I am sitting in aisle seat 42D on this Airbus A330-300 Singapore Airlines flight bound back home to Singapore. The seat and AV facilities are slightly outdated compared to the flight going over, but I have an empty seat next to me on this relatively full cabin so no complaints.

I notice there is no hot towel service on this flight back, but as I have pre-ordered my seafood meal, it comes out first and I request it to be accompanied with a glass of white wine.

The meal is delicious, and there is a lot of it. On either side of a pilaf of rice is a chilli seafood melody and vegetables. The smoked salmon entree and tiramisu dessert both hits the spot.

I am flying again tomorrow on SQ so decide to finally start ‘Game of Thrones’ Season 8 with only 6 episodes I should be able to complete it all. I now have 2 down.

The only negative is the cabin is a tad bit cold, even with the blanket provided.
