I am sitting in aisle seat 20C on this unremarkable Airbus A320 Scoot Airlines flight bound for Singapore.

Well, unremarkable in terms of cabin and amenities, but wow is this a bumpy flight. It’s rare I get nervous flying, I am pretty used to it, but sometimes when the turbulence is non-stop, I say a little prayer (for me).

Thankfully I have my iPad with me and watch a few episodes of a couple of Korean dramas I have downloaded which takes my mind off the bumps…

This 2-hour flight, although delayed about 45 mins, goes quite quickly and I snack on a Taro cream-filled Taiwanese Dorayaki and mikan from the lounge I have with me.
