This would have to be one of the warmest Hilton hotels I have ever stayed at. The service at every touch point of the hotel is outstanding from the security prior to entering the hotel, check in, staff in the restaurant, the gym, and in the executive lounge. A special shoutout to winnie in the executive lounge, who spends a good 10 minutes chatting with me about my stay in Nairobi.

I have arrived at the hotel at six thirty in the morning and my upgraded queen junior suite is ready for me. But before entering the room, I am able to have breakfast in the restaurant adjacent to the lobby. After breakfast I make my way to my room on the 9th floor and immediately noticed a welcome gift from the hotel. The room is essentially 2 rooms combined into one large room, with a separate sitting area, 2 bathrooms and a queen sized bed.

During my stay I use the gym swimming pool and executive lounge for coffee and evening cocktails. I am constantly amazed by the warmth of the staff they go out of their way to interact with me and notice my hand which is in a cast and ask me what happened.
