I have thoroughly enjoyed my quick stay at Hilton Garden Inn Ngurah Rai Airport.

Check-in was a bit hard to find – what I thought was the concierge desk was actually the check-in counter and upon receiving the room card key and being thanked for being loyal Hhonors Diamond members we are told we have been upgraded to a one-bedroom Suite. Nice.

Upon entering the room we notice how big indeed it is and see a wonderful surprise / a birthday cake for my partner’s birthday! The bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub, the bedroom with a king-sized bed, and the lounge room with a sofa and second TV.

As it is late I use the well decked-out gym for a quick work out before going to bed.

The next day we enjoy complimentary Diamond breakfast in the restaurant on the ground floor. I am blown away by the exceptional service delivered by the team in the restaurant. Extremely engaging, attentive and interested in our plans for the day ahead. Kudos to Ms. Mega – such a lovely team member. The selection of food is above average and we are even given a special cupcake!

This hotel is a perfect choice for a late arrive or early departure into/out of Bali.
