There has been a lot of hype surrounding the opening of this lounge, with free entry for all Bangkok Air passengers. But not sure why. Very ‘plain Jane’ and limited food (popcorn and sandwiches) and non-alcoholic beverages. Two computer terminals finish what is essentially a waiting room. The adjacent ‘Blue Ribbon’ lounge for Premium passengers seems to have a few more items to enjoy.

After a few minutes I use my Priority Pass and go to the Miracle Lounge next door (my favourite one opposite gate D7). Here I enjoy a proper meal, glass of sparkling Rose, strong wifi to do some work, and friendly service.

Thank goodness for Priority Pass!
