I am sitting in an Emergency exit row seat 41H, on this codeshare Thai Smile Airways flight to Bangkok. I am lucky to have 3 seats (the whole row) to myself – just by asking at check-in.

Again this Airbus A330-200 aircraft doesn't have any AV screens so I pull out my iPad and continue an episode of 'Outlander' season 2.

I have again pre-ordered a seafood meal and it is a mirror of the meal coming over – smoked salmon and potato salad and a Thai dessert with a water and juice pack. Nonetheless service is friendly and it is served with a smile.

The flight is so quick that I don't even finish the episode.
