This is a huge lounge with strong wifi and plenty of seats but lacks food and ambiance. The staff are very friendly, but the offerings aren’t what I had expected. A bland Pad Thai, some fruit platters, dim sum-type stuff. 

But – I shouldn’t complain; it is free after all – exactly for the same reason as my previous post – gold Star Alliance with Turkish air (expires in a couple of weeks), flying Thai air, and accumulating Singapore Airlines points 😜

There is only one bar, about 100 meters from the entrance, so I order 2 glasses of red so I don’t have to go back and forth.

Nonetheless it is a pleasant respite from the crowds below prior to boarding.
