This hotel is conveniently located a short monorail ride from Naha Airport. Upon check-in we are recognized as Diamond Hhonors members and receive a complimentary drink voucher, premium Wifi access code, and are told to present our keycard packet for free breakfast in the restaurant adjacent to the lobby. As the hotel is fully booked, the staff member regretfully informs us that there are no upgrade opportunities this evening.
The room we receive is quite small, and consists of a Queen bed, full massage chair, and compact Japanese-style prefabricated bathroom. The view overlooks Naha Harbour.
A nice touch is the signed welcome letter and amenities from the GM. In terms of hotel amenities, there is no gym, pool, or other amenities except the restaurant and a coin laundry, which we do not use.
Breakfast is simple, yet enough. There are some traditional Okinawan dishes which is a nice touch.
The service is outstanding – again, Japanese service culture is difficult to emulate outside of Japan.
A pleasant stay.
