Sure the food is fabulous, the drinks are divine, but what stands out for me is a waitress who comes up to our table with a beaming smile saying, “Welcome Back!”. Thank you, Pei!

  
The food this month is outstanding. The buffet serves xmas treats (think honeyed carrots and sweet potato, turkey and the most delicious baked baby potatoes). Another waitress curses my partner for eating lunch before coming in. I agree.

  
From the A La Carte menu, I choose the Grilled Dory with Cauliflower purée and Sicilian dressing. Need I say more. 

  
My drink of choice is always the Espresso Martini. Refined, shaken not stirred. Delicious.

Did I mention this is not a restaurant, but an airline lounge?
