This is my 5th? 6th stay here as it is just over the Causeway from Singapore. Unfortunately due to traffic and congestion it took 3.5 hours door to door; needless to say the lounge was shut when I arrived by I had a lovely handwritten card, fruit basket, and chocolates waiting for me from the hotel manager when I arrived in my upgraded one-bedroom Suite.
My stay here was very short – in at 8.45pm and out at 9.15am the following day. Yet I managed to pack in a spa and steam room, movie on Fox Premium, and breakfast in the Executive Lounge the next day.

So why did I stay? To be honest it was just due to the fact that I needed 1 more stay to hit 30 stays in a calendar year to retain Elite Diamond status with Hhonors. And for +\- $45 and 4000 Hhonors points, it was well worth the trip over!

On the hotel service side, I have to admit it is excellent. Smiles all round and ‘good-morning Sir’ with a hand to the heart.
