I am in Row 2, seat F (window) in the 2 X 2 Business Class cabin of this Airbus A320. As it is short haul the seats do not recline into a bed but do go quite far back and are very wide.We are personally greeted on board by the chief purser who shakes each passenger’s hands and welcomes them on board. This is the first time I have experienced this personalized service.

  
After a welcome drink and hot towel service we have our lunch orders taken but already the Roasted lamb roulade is gone (they only had 3 servings on board) so the flight attendant kindly offers me the crew lamb meal which I enjoy soon after take off and it is delicious.

 The in seat AV system is thankfully working on this leg so I watch a great period drama based on a true story, ‘Testament of Youth’ which lasts most of the flight being a relatively short 3.5 hours.
