This is our 5th (?) stay at the Conrad Bali. Always lovely and this time especially so as they have raised the bar for my partner’s 40th birthday.
As Diamond Hhonors members we are always upgraded but this time to a stunning deluxe corner lagoon pool suite with separate bedroom and lounge/dining room. There are 3 terraces with 2 that have steps leading straight into the pool.
   

   
   
A handwritten card, fruit basket, birthday cake, monkey stuffed toy, and bottle of local red wine are waiting for us as we enter the suite. A lovely gesture on behalf of the General Manager.  

   
 We eat our complimentary breakfast at RIN, and enjoy both the generous buffet and a la carte Japanese Bento box on both mornings. For our afternoon tea we choose to take it at the lobby balcony overlooking the pool with glorious sea views. Evening cocktails and canapés (all complimentary as Diamond members) is enjoyed at both the East Lobby balcony and in the Executive Lounge in the exclusive Conrad Suites area of the resort.
