Possibly one of the worst lounges I have entered.
No greeting as we enter as the person at the reception desk is busy on her iPhone, and as I lean over I notice it is Facebook. I suppose this is what guest service is coming to.
The lounge itself is sparse and the food – almost nonexistent – is down to its bare minimum and needs to be quickly replaced as it looks like it will go off very shortly.
The Internet is intermittent at best and when I go to the only computer terminal a staff member is using it – and you guessed it – Facebook. Not wanting to bother her I quietly back away.
After an hour I decide to leave and venture out to the waiting lounge where I tuck into my novel I recently downloaded to my iPad.
