I have booked this hotel in District One in Ho Chi Minh City through Agoda. My room is a balcony king, and has one of the most comfortable beds and pillows I have used in a hotel.

The bathroom though has no bath so it loses a point for that. There are also no coffee/tea sachets – apparently they are not provided but there are plenty of coffee shops nearby.

Breakfast is also not provided at the hotel but it has a kitchenette with plates, bowls, and cutlery so purchase a few breakfast items on day 1 to last for the week.

The hotel has a sauna and gym (which I don’t use) and a small swimming pool in the roof.

It’s a relatively convenient area, accessible to many tourist attractions by foot. If not, a cheap Grab bike or car can get you anywhere.
