I am sitting in seats 16 A-C – three seats to myself in this freezing Delta Airlines B737-800 flight from Seattle to Los Angeles.

But wait…why?

My Delta One direct flight from SEA – TPE was cancelled due to a mechanical issue and the only way to get me back in time for a flight from Taipei to Saigon by the afternoon of Sept 23rd is this route – and in Coach 🫪, even though I paid for Suites.

Well, the first good thing is in this full cabin I scored a row of 3 seats to myself so slept uninterrupted for over 2 hours 👍.Secondly, I will get a pro-rata refund from Delta but I’m not sure how much.

Service-wise on this flight I have no idea as I sleep through most of it, but one thing is for sure, it’s like an iceberg inside.

Rating: 5/10 – I’m just pissed. 😡
