My partner has booked this small hot spring hotel for a company retreat in the Wulai resort area of New Taipei City.

Although the rooms are big, they are basic with a double bed, TV, mini fridge, and an oversized bathroom with 2 hot tubs which fill with hot spring water directly from the source. There is also a separate shower and a wrap- around balcony (although it’s too cold to venture outside).

Breakfast is served each morning as part of the package, and includes simple Taiwanese and Western fare. Nothing special but is adequate.

I guess this is a good choice for those who want to spend most of their time out of the hotel, exploring the local area.
