An early start and I’m hungry so make my way to this combined Krisflyer/Star Alliance/Business class Lounge for a quick bite and R&R before boarding my short flight to KUL.

It is nothing special compared to the lounge at T1, and is reminiscent of the old Gold Lounge which is now closed. Dark, zero ambiance, and poor quality food.

I stay away from the crowded buffet and instead grab an egg mayo sandwich, fruit cup, and chocolate oat milk, followed by a coffee.

I download a few magazines and from the Krisflyer entertainment section on the SQ app onto my iPad, and spend about 30 mins flicking through before I decide to leave earlier than planned for the boarding gate.
