I am shortly flying business class on SQ and have access to this lounge. It is crowded, and I find a seat near the entrance.

I am not hungry since I have just had lunch but still do a quick round of the buffet and grab some roasted chicken and seafood rice and salad, and a glass of Munn Champagne (which I don’t finish), instead ordering a flat white with some bite-sized cakes.

I don’t use the Internet as I have still have some data left on my 7-day Sim plan, but spend most of the time reading a Jack Reacher book I found in one of the many post-box libraries around in Sydney.

I am only here for about 40 minutes before I leave out of boredom for the departure gate.
