Hotel Review: Caesar Park Resort, Kenting, Taiwan

We are travelling down the south of Taiwan to the beach resort of Kenting for a 2 night stay at this resort.

There is a small queue at check-in and the lobby area is crowded with tourists. After a short 10 minute wait, we get the keys to our Seaview Superior room on the 3rd floor.

The room has 2 double beds, a separate shower and bath, and a balcony with views to the ocean. There is also a nespresso machine which we don’t use. Its my birthday so they hotel has arranged a cute greeting on one of the beds.

View from our balcony

It is extremely windy outside so I dont use the outdoor pool on the first day, but go to the beach where the hotel provides chairs, towels, and showers.

Partial view of beach

Breakfast on both days is a bit of a mess – people and screaming kids everywhere. The pool which I go to on day 2 is also not overly relaxing due to the numerous crying kids everywhere, and parents who can’t seem to control them.

Crowded breakfast buffet

I would suggest this hotel is more of a ‘family friendly’ resort, as opposed to a secluded adult escape. There are many beautiful BnBs in the area that we might try the next time we are in Kenting.
