Hotel Review: Hilton Hotel Sinban, Taipei

This is my 4th stay at this hotel on the outskirts of Taipei. Upon check-in we are upgraded to a King Suite on the 20th floor with sweeping views over parts of the city.

The room is about 50 sqm, with 2 large TVs, separate living room with sofa, Nespresso machine, and a bathroom with 2 basins and a seperate bathtub.

In the evening after using the basic gym on the top floor, we try some of the canapés and drinks in the executive lounge (to be honest not very good as the food is either way too salty or bland). But the service is charming.

Breakfast the next day is much better. The choices are extensive and the local selection is delicious.

We will no doubt be back again as Taipei currently only has 2 Hilton family properties – this one and the Doubletree in a more central location.
