I’ve lost count the number of times I have stayed here but it is still as good as ever. I have used about 15K HHonors points and about THB 500 – a real bargain!

Upon a very early and complimentary 10am check-in, I am upgraded to a Deluxe King on the 22nd room, with great views over Bangkok. No bathtub nor Diamond welcome amenity but very happy for the early check-in.

During my short one night stay I use the gym and pool (feels very private as I am the only one here!) and enjoy Diamond drinks (with a friend). Breakfast in the morning is great, but no recognition of my Diamond status although most other tables have either ‘Blue’, ‘Silver’, ‘Gold’, or ‘Diamond’ tags attached to their tables. But who needs that anyway? My breakfast is free as a Diamond and it is delicious as always. Mr Stamp is an absolute legend – amazing service and a real interest in his guests; an asset to the F&B team!

I particularly love the staff at this hotel – so warm and friendly.

I’ll definitely be back!
