As a Qantas Club member, I am able to enter this lounge on my Emirates flight booked on the Qantas website.

It’s been a year or more since I was last here. Service is friendly and efficient, and there is a large selection of food, snacks, desserts, and drinks….none of which I partake, except a double espresso with a shot of hot milk. Normally I would feast but I am so full from a new year’s day BBQ.

WiFi is strong and I surf my device for a short while before taking a shower to freshen up before my excruciatingly long 9.5 hour flight to Bangkok in Economy.

After probably 45 mins I leave for the gate.
