Fantastic hotel, service, and exceptional room. Upon a very early 11.30am check-in I am upgraded to a King View Suite which is huge – one bedroom with separate lounge room. Minimalistic in design, it is the quintessential modern Japanese-style I love.

During my stay I use the gym and public bath area a number of times, and also enjoy a free drink in the Zetta Bar on the 2nd floor. This is on top of lounge access as a Diamond member for afternoon tea. I skip evening cocktails as I am only in Tokyo for one night and go out with friends instead.

A very early and complimentary breakfast the next morning completes my stay.
