This lounge is almost perfect in every way except screaming kids and being freezing cold. It’s such a shame as the food is excellent, staff friendly and efficient, and wifi strong. Just the ambiance needs a bit of work.

I have purchased a return Business class ticket to Sydney using my QFF points, which gives me entry to this lounge.

There is an exceptional variety of food, and a delicious cold section with cheeses, dips, and assorted XMAS cakes including Stollen.

As for the drinks selection, well, bottles of Moët so one really can’t complain.

Could this be better than my favourite lounge at BKK – the Miracle First Class Lounge opposite gate D6?
