I am sitting in seat 2C, an aisle seat in the second row, on this Jetstar Asia Airbus A320 flight to Bangkok. Upgraded at check-in to a ‘premium’ seat at the front, I hope the whole flight will have that ‘premium’ feel, but it doesn’t.
The seats are very narrow, and the leg room is very tight. There is no entertainment nor food and drink (unless you pay). But hey, I’m near the front so it’s premium!
With absolutely nothing to do and feeling squashed to the frame, I take out my trusty iPad and watch season 2 episode 3 of ‘Designated Survivor’ to pass through 40 minutes of the 2-hour flight. The rest of the time I stare idly into thin air.
We do however takeoff and land on time and the bags only take about 20 minutes to come out of the baggage carousel so not bad.
And the service is friendly enough.
