We start our journey with the bus ride to the plane. Seems to be a common occurrence on the BKK – YGN route.

When we eventually make it to the plane, I am the first onboard and it seems somewhat surreal in the economy cabin.

Happy and surprised to see AV screens – I was going to watch Madam Secretary but can’t resist the possibilities onboard.

Well, as it turns out there aren’t any. Just the flight information. So with Madam Secretary now complete, I start on episode 1, Season 2 of ‘Billions’. But I only get through half an episode before we start our descent.

There is a meal service – a ‘duo pack’ consisting of a pastry and waffle but I decline, still full from the lounge. I do ask for a green tea but am told they only have black.

We land on time.
