Flight Review: SQ972 – SIN – BKK

On this second leg from Singapore to Bangkok, I am flying again in Business Class, this time in window seat 14K, on this Boeing B777-200 Singapore Airlines aircraft.

The cabin is dated with older style short-haul seats that do not recline full into a flat-bed position. But they are large, cushiony, and comfy.

I decline pre-flight drinks, still quite full from my previous flight, and instead wait until the meal service comes around shortly after the seatbelt sign is extinguished.

I have pre-ordered the Lobster Thermidor and as always it is delicious – even more so at 10am in the morning partnered with a glass of French Riesling.

For the rest of the flight I watch a bit of TV from the in-seat monitor, and then nap in the recline position before we land.
