I am back here again for my 5th or 6th stay for the purpose of a one-night ‘Staycation’. Always enjoy coming here – great service and always an upgrade to a Centennial Suite, giving access to all the perks of the Executive floor (we would actually get these as Diamond Hhonors members as well).
Check-in is a little different from the norm and this time we do an online check-in and register for a Digital Key (in lieu of a standard card key allowing your smartphone to unlock your door and elevator to your floor). The only strange thing is even after doing an online check-in you still need to go to the front desk to essentially re-check-in which makes no sense to me at all.

We check-in to our Suite just after 12pm and relax by the pool before enjoying a light afternoon tea in the Executive Lounge. A couple of hours later this is followed by evening canapés and cocktails.

Our room is large and equipped with 2 TVs, a Nespresso machine, separate bath and shower, 2 basins, and an extensive pillow menu from which I choose a couple of specialties. There is also a nice fruit bowl and box of chocolates waiting for us:

The next morning, after using the gym, we enjoy complimentary breakfast at Oscars on the ground floor, followed by an hour or so by the pool, before a late 1pm check-out.
All in all a nice way to spend the weekend.
