Lounge Review: CIP Business Class Miracle Lounge, Concourse F, BKK

So I don’t think I have been in this one before – usually I enter the First Class CIP/Louis Tavern lounge just across the concourse, but today I feel like a change, and it is literally next to my boarding gate.

After handing over my JCB card to the reception (no annual fee, free access to 20+ lounges in Asia), I enter and notice it is practically the same, although slightly smaller, than the First Class lounge. I venture to the buffet, and sadly realize there is no salad selection. I was hoping for some but I am here now and can’t be bothered re-checking into another lounge again.

The rest of the buffet spread is identical, and I take an egg, sausage, a tiny spoonful of vegetarian fried rice, some fruit and yogurt, and a coffee.

Although guests are offered a wifi code I don’t bother as I have a post-paid mobile which has an unlimited data download plan at 4G speed.

I take a couple of English language newspapers for the plane (I’m flying Jetstar so there will be zero entertainment) and relax a while before boarding.
