I am sitting in seat 32C, an aisle seat one row behind the start of economy and adjacent to the galley with a view of both business and first class, in a 3-4-3 configuration on this Boeing 747-400 aircraft.

Unbelievably, I have 3 seats to myself. A colleague is in the emergency exit row ahead of me and the attendants kindly offer one of the other spare two seats but I graciously decline as I have enough space today.
The flight for the first time ever with Thai Air leaves 15 mins early and and arrives 45 mins before scheduled arrival.
I am a happy camper.
Thai Air have an innovative feature in its AV system allowing you to see the meal being served before it comes around. 
Today’s choices. It’s pretty darn good.

I start watching ‘La La Land’ but the flight lands before it finishes. I’ll watch the rest in my return flight.
