This is my second stay at this hotel and I am as impressed as with my previous stay.
Through the online check-in system on the Hhonors App, I am delighted to have been upgraded to a Japanese Suite – room # 1111.

After a relatively smooth check-in at the front desk, I make my way towards the room and am struck by its simplicity and space. You step up from the ‘genkan’ into a beautiful ‘tatami’ room and a separate bedroom with 2 generous-sized futon-type beds and a large digital TV. The bathroom is also spacious with a deep Japanese-style tub and two wash basins.

 The lounge is on the 26th floor with sweeping views of Nagoya city. I enjoy cocktails and canapés in the evening and breakfast the next morning here.

 During my stay I use the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and Japanese-style bathroom. All top quality facilities.

As my stay coincides with my birthday, I am genuinely surprised to receive a beautiful cake and bottle of Moët – a gift from the hotel.
