This is my first time in a Silverkris lounge as I spent 30,000 miles to upgrade my economy ticket to Business class on my flight from Singapore to Haneda, Japan.
I usually enter the Krisflyer Gold lounge so this is a special treat indeed.
It is a very large, spacious lounge for Business Class passengers with an annex for First Class passengers. The ambiance is best described as low lit (almost dark), soft lounge music, and very comfortable.
The food is great – I am eating so much that I am worried I won’t be able to eat my ‘Book The Chef’ meal when onboard. I eat an assortment of delectable dishes ranging from Indian ‘Prekora’, to sushi, cold Soba noodles, honey-soy chicken pieces, and an array of desserts.
The internet doesn’t seem to work too well so I use the 4G on my phone.
At the end of the day, it is still a lounge and I am bored so only spend about 45 mins here and use the rest of my time before boarding wandering aimlessly around the airport.
