Although I am flying Singapore Airlines, I am generally able to use their Business lounge as a Velocity Platinum member.

Unfortunately, the SilverKris lounge is under renovation so all Star Allinace members have to use one of my least favourite lounges, the ‘Koru Club’ lounge.

It is always crowded, understaffed, cluttered, and generally of a lower standard compared to other Business Class lounges.

But today, all is good. Surprisingly it is not that busy, and I am greeted with a welcoming smile 🙂

Although there is a simple selection of breakfast items, I decide to refrain and opt for a coffee, before settling in front of the computer for a power hour of typing and catching up before boarding.
