This Qantaslink flight Boeing 717-200 operated by National Jet reminds me of the ‘DC’ airplanes commonly seen in the States. It has an unusual 2/3 seating configuration which makes you feel that the plane will lean to the right with the additional weight. Thank god it’s not a noisy Dash-8 – can’t stand them!

Seat 8D is an emergency exit row seat giving a bit more leg room for the one-hour flight.

We get a terrific little snack box with assorted goodies.

Unfortunately the flight is so short that there isn’t enough time to watch a 45 min episode of ‘Revenge’. Oh well, I’ll watch the rest when I arrive at my hotel.
