I am sitting in seat 54C, an aisle seat, on this China Airlines Boeing 777-300ER to Taipei from Ho Chi Minh. Most rows in this cabin are a 3-4-3 configuration but as mine is the last row, it is 2-4-2 – preferable for me.

Shortly after take-off the meal service begins. Apparently had pre-ordered a Kosher meal (I don’t remember doing that) but tell the flight attendant I don’t want that, so get a standard main meal instead. It’s seafood pasta and not too bad.

For the remainder of the flight I watch a couple of movies and sleep. It’s a relatively short flight under 3 hours, and we land about 30 minutes ahead of schedule.
