Flight Review: CX676 – TLV – HKG

I am sitting in Business Class seat 17A on this Cathay Pacific Airbus A350-1000 aircraft bound for Hong Kong.

The flight departs about 30 minutes behind schedule for reasons unknown, resulting in the same amount of time late arrival.

Shortly after take-off we are served our pre-departure-ordered drinks, and I have chosen a signature cocktail. Its quite nice.

Quite fancy

For my main meal I choose Halibut which is quite tender, and pair this with a glass of French white.

I go all out for dessert, and on top of the cheese platter, I have both desserts (with a double-Baileys).

I try to watch a movie but movies but nothing is interesting so extend my seat to a fully flat bed and sleep for about 4 hours.

I had ordered the ‘Wellbeing’ breakfast but the flight attendant made a mistake and by the time he came to me there were no more left, so I opted for the ‘Light’ breakfast which was still quite heavy. This is paired with a glorious sunrise out the window.

Sunrise

All in all it is a pretty good flight.

8/10
