I’m pretty sure this is my 5th stay at this fabulously central hotel in downtown Taipei.

Everytime we stay here it is like we are coming home. At check-in we are upgraded to a one-bedroom King room on the 8th floor, with seperate lounge/dining room, walk-in closet, huge bedroom with mood lighting, and bathroom with a claw-bathtub overlooking the street view below.

Waiting for us as we enter the room is a welcome pack (on top of the Doubletree chocolate cookie we received at check-in) and a hand-written welcome letter from management.

As the restaurant is closed due to Covid, we receive room service for our complimentary Diamond breakfast, and it is huge. So after our first of 5 breakfasts, we ask just for one to share.

During our stay we use the well appointed gym, and each evening enjoy a complimentary drink at the bar on the ground floor.

The service is amazing – the team go out of their way to make sure our stay is as comfortable as possible. We really love this hotel and will be back!
