I am sitting in aisle seat 48C on this Philippine Airlines Airbus A321-200 aircraft bound for Manila.

The cabin is nothing special, the seat have little legroom and there are no personal video screens. Luckily I downloaded some episodes of a new drama I am watching on my iPad.

But the service is excellent and so is the food, a choice of beef noodles or chicken rice. I choose the beef and it is a good choice, and comes with a potato salad appetiser and bread roll, followed but a salt caramel icecream. Somehow I manage to score 2 tubs. I also have a beer with my meal.

I am super tired and surprisingly manage to sleep for about 30 mins out of the just over 2 hour flight.

All in all surprisingly (again!) good, and look forward to my return flight.
