What a fantastic stay at this modern, centrally located hotel in downtown KL!

Prior to check-in I have been told my room has been upgraded to a Grand Executive Suite – and grand indeed it is! A huge loungeroom with guest toilet, separate king-sized bedroom, large marbled bathroom with bath, shower and 2 basins, a walk in wardrobe, and study nook. And a gorgeous view of KL city.

As I walk into the room I notice a wonderful welcome amenity from the hotel – 3 chocolate egg-filled delights with more goodies inside, a fruit basket, and a welcome letter from the hotel. I feel spoiled.

The service is impeccable throughout – from being greeted by name at the Executive lounge where I enjoy evening canapés and breakfast, to the main restaurant downstairs where I also have breakfast on another morning, to the gym and wet area facilities which are better than many private gyms I have been to.

A truly grand stay where you are definitely recognised as a guest.
