A fairly uneventful flight – I am sitting in aisle seat 39F on this Airbus A330-300 Cathay Pacific flight bound for Bangkok. It is the first row of economy with additional leg room.

Our flight is delayed by about 30 minutes, but once on board I choose a movie about an adult who goes back to school to finish her degree. A comedy but I forget the name.

The seat is old school but reclines without disturbing the passenger behind which is quite good.

Meal service is nothing special and I’m not particularly hungry but decide on pasta – which I would never usually have but it is OK. It comes with ice cream and I also order a red wine.

That’s about it. Service is fine and we end up landing on time.
