I am sitting in aisle seat 35C, on this Boeing 777-300 ER Thai Airways flight bound for Bangkok.

This refurbished cabin has all the wizz bang gadgets such as large AV screen, USB charger and a seat that not only leans back, but slides slightly forward as well. There is also a comfortable foot rest.

I have pre-ordered a seafood meal online and to be honest it isn’t that great… The fish is very ‘fishy’ so I don’t eat too much but the smoked salmon and potato salad is good. I skip the alcohol selection and go for a coke zero instead.

I watch ‘Rampage’ about the huge gorilla which helps to pass time on this just over 2-hour flight.
