I am sitting in aisle seat 33C, on this Boeing 777-300 Thai Airways aircraft flight bound for Singapore.

The seat is not bad, enough leg room, and the all important AV screen which I use to watch a movie – ‘The Female Brain’, starring Modern Family’s Sofia Vergara (first time in a while).

I have pre-ordered a Hindu meal and, although I am quite full from the food I ate in the lounge, I manage to eat most of it. The creamy spinach and tender chicken is above average for an airline Economy class meal.

Service is fine, quick and efficient.

We land on time.
