I am sitting in a window seat, a row behind the first row of Economy, on this Singapore Airlines B777-200 airplane bound for Bangkok.

It is more spacious than I remember, but it is slightly older than the aircraft I came over in, as the AV screens seem to be smaller and are not touch screen. Anyway I watch a Japanese movie and all is good.

After the hot towel service the plane takes off and shortly after the meal service begins. It is delicious. I have it with a whiskey and Coke Light (actually 2). I choose the pork shoulder with mashed potato and vegetables, wholemeal roll, beef salad, and tiramisu cheesecake.

Service is excellent as is expected on Singapore Airlines. Friendly and efficient.

We land just a few minutes after scheduled arrival.
