I am sitting in Emergency Exit seat 41D on this Thai Smile Airlines A320-200 aircraft.
The arduous bus ride from the terminal to the plane is annoying, but once onboard things are OK. A welcoming smile by the flight attendants always does the trick.
It is only around 50% full and soon after we takeoff, the meal service comes around. Although technically a LCC or Regional airline (of Thai Airways) the seats have more legroom, and the meal is generous.
Today we are given a delicious Thai chicken salad and coconut dessert. Not too heavy at all and just about right for the short 1 hour flight to Yangon.
As there is no AV screen built into the seat, small screens open from the ceiling and ‘Just For Laughs’ entertains us during our meal.
Before I know it we are landing.
