For the return leg of this trip I am seated in 5F, the second last row of Business Class on this Boeing B787-8 Dreamliner.

Service is sublime from the start, with a welcoming smile and offer of a pre-take off drink. I go for a glass of Champagne Brut Rose which comes with a hot moist towel.
Shortly after take-off I order a Champagne cocktail with arrives with a warm selection of nuts. Soon after I request my dinner from the menu (which can be delivered at anytime throughout the flight). The chicken corn soup is too salty, but the Arabic Mezzo plate, Arabic chicken with cinnamon sauce, and lemon curd tart for dessert is delicious. This is enjoyed with a glass of French Chardonnay from the premium wine menu. I watch ‘Victor Frankenstein’ whilst watching the movie.
All the food and drink makes me sleepy, so I recline the seat into a fully-flat bed, allowing me to sleep undisturbed for the remainder of the flight.
