Third stay at this hotel and again upgraded to a Suite in the 17th floor ‘up’ from my Standard King Deluxe on the 29th floor. The additional space, fruit basket and flowers are welcoming.

   
 
It still has a lovely view of the construction of the mall next door and the river.

 
I don’t utilize the lounge over the following 2 nights but have my complimentary breakfast in the main restaurant downstairs – ‘Flow’. Although the service is fine and the food selection as expected, they have the strangest dress code: 

 
‘Tastefully Casual’ in itself is subjective, but to turn away breakfast guests because they are wearing tank tops is insane in my view and does not consist with other Hilton hotels – especially at breakfast time. Even the Conrad BKK doesn’t have this rule. Why I ask? Apparently armpit hair. But it is OK for women. And if they don’t shave?

Bizarre……
