I am sitting on an Airbus A330-300 in Seat 12A – 2nd row of Business class. Very smooth and friendly boarding with a glass of Champagne and OJ and a welcoming hot steamy towel just before take-off.
  Shortly after the seatbelt sign comes off my pre-ordered ‘Book the Cook’ Dim Sum platter arrives, with a number of other tasty morsels including cereal, warm croissant, and fruit plate. I must say it is more delicious than expected!

 I put maneuver my seat into the ‘relax’ position and watch movie one – ‘Steve Jobs’, and at the end – tired and full from my earlier meal, extend my seat to a ‘nearly’ fully-flat bed for a deep 1.5 hour nap.

I wake up refreshed, order a double Baileys on ice, and watch movie two – ‘The Last Witch Hunter’ – a stupid movie starring Vin Diesel, but it passes the time.

We land on time but wait about 15 mins on the tarmac due to another plane in our bay.
