I am sitting in seat 8D, an isle seat, on this Airbus A320. Although there are zero amenities, the seats are comfortable, with ample space between rows.

Having purchased a ‘Stater Plus’ fare again for this return trip, I receive a hot meal and 2 beverages, along with 15 status credit points and 1000 bonus QFF points for a mere additional $30 SIN.

I choose the ‘Chicken Rice’ from the menu with vegetables – not bad at all, a
hot chocolate, and a bottle of water.

The flight attendants are very friendly, quick and efficient, and serve my meal with a warm smile.

After an hour I decide to switch off my iPad, close my eyes, and prepare myself for the inevitable taxi queue at Changi airport.
